New Beginnings

Hello everyone! My name is Steph and I am a doctor of physical therapy, fitness coach, food lover, adventure junkie, and runner. 

I have been working as a physical therapist in Cincinnati for nearly one year now. I have decided to complement this with fitness coaching. My passion is helping others improve their fitness, health, well-being, mindset, and confidence. As a coach, my goal is to motivate you to be the best version of yourself and create a life you wake up excited to live every single day. 

To start this fitness coaching journey, I am starting a program called the 21 Day Fix to re-vamp my exercise and nutrition regimen, hold myself accountable, and take my health to the next level.

I am starting this program on June 2nd, 2018. I will post on Facebook and Instagram daily and write blog posts two days each week. Please feel free to follow me! Hopefully I can share motivation to take charge of your physical and mental well-being along with me.
